OTM Spot Bid Tender Response Screen Issue

Summary: We are getting an Error Message, when we try to Execute Spot Bids from Spot Bid Tender response Page

Whenever we Click on any TAB, try to add Remark, below error comes up

We have just copied the standard screen set and added to the Menu

Happens only specific to use role, same screen when attached to different role works fine

If anyone came through similar issue, do let me know your feedback
