Sync work definition changes with existing work orders updates WO DFF values to Null

Summary:

1. We regularly use 'sync work definition changes with existing work orders' ESS job to update UnReleased work orders
2. We also maintain few Custom DFF values in work order at operation level and material level
3. What we have noticed is that whenever this program updates work orders with new data, it updates the existing DFF values to blank
4. Is this expected behavior and what is the approach to avoid this override. Because of this feature, we have to update the WO DFF values again
