Has anyone created a maintenance work order print agent?

Summary:

Firstly, apologies if I lack understanding in some responses or jargon used. The last time I did any formal type of programming it was in Turbo Pascal! ELI5 responses are welcome.

Maintenance work order printing is a horrid task for those that aren't tech savvy such as typical diesel fitters and mechanics as it submits a scheduled process rather than produce an easily accessible pdf. Navigating in redwood is tough enough without digging through scheduled processes to access a simple pdf.

The print function works perfectly as expected when printing a work order in Manufacturing, why this approach was not adopted for maintenance is beyond me.
