performance issue with report

Hi Team,

We have report generation from apex calling bipublisher which is there in onpremise environment connected through site to site vpn.
We have verified the sesssion while it is running, we can see 99% it is with cpu and 1% with network event(this is because it connect to target bi publisher server for report generation). Attached the execution plan for review. can you suggest if any changes can be dont to fix it.
