Asset Lease Backlog – Backdated Lease Contract

Regarding the Asset Lease Backlog, we would like to confirm whether it is applicable to add the lease contract in the Fixed Assets module as a backdated lease.

The lease contract started on 01-Apr-2022, with the following terms:

• Payment frequency: Quarterly in advance
• The first payment term was for one year, then extended for another year, and subsequently extended for six years. total is 8 years
• Annual interest rate: 9.75%

However, Oracle is currently unable to calculate the total lease payment amount, interest amount, and the related calculations correctly.

Could you please confirm whether this backdated lease contract can be added to the Fixed Assets module and advise on the appropriate setup/calculation approach?
