Need a certain type of document records to be preloaded while entering the document records page

Summary:

I need some insight where a certain type of document record comes pre-loaded when one enters the redwood document records page. I tried the configure fields value option but that didn't work and tried looking into Page properties but was facing difficulty in that too.
