EL Expressions on Field in convert employee, why is that not working under quick convert

we have set at rule EL Expressions on "actionID" Field in convert employee process, and it is working perfectly frontend.

Now we would like to speed up the process by using quick convert, but is does not look like it is using the EL expression then.

any ideas on how to solve this ?
