Unable to restrict the allocation of Inventory for Movement Request from Cycle Count Open Locations

When Movement Request is allocated from an Active location, but while user executing the task finds inventory discrepancy or defect. He short picks while executing the task as picking from alternate location is not supported in MR Task. Once he short picks the earlier location gets an Cycle Count triggered but in huge warehouses, cycle count tasks cannot be executed immediately and when user tries to rerun the replenishment for the MR. It gets allocated from the same short picked location which has an inventory issue and an cycle count task open.

We are looking for an feature in Replenishment Template to skip the allocation from the Locations which has an Active Cycle Count Task to be executed.
