OTM Open processes running longer than 10mins Monitoring

Summary:

We have open processes in OTM that we would like to monitor and generate email notifications for whenever a process remains open for more than 10 minutes. However, we have not been able to identify a straightforward or reliable method to achieve this.

We also came across a reference link that appears to address a similar requirement. Unfortunately, it points to standard OTM documentation, which does not provide sufficiently detailed or accurate guidance on this topic.

Please note that we have already raised an SR with Oracle Support. Oracle has advised us to post this question on the forum, and we are hoping to obtain a clear and workable solution through the community.
