Identify and/or deactivate zero-balance reconciliation profiles in ARCS

Summary:

We currently perform a quarterly cleanup process in ARCS where we deactivate reconciliation profiles that no longer have balances or activity. We are aware of the ability to update profiles in bulk once the profiles that should be deactivated have been identified. We also do not want to "IGNORE" these profiles via mappings because they could have balances in the future.

Today, we must manually determine which reconciliations have zero balances/no activity and then prepare a bulk profile update to deactivate them. This process is time-consuming and must be repeated each quarter.

Can Oracle confirm whether ARCS provides any native functionality to automatically deactivate profiles based on configurable balance or activity criteria?
