Oracle states we can no longer use the /recruitingJobRequisitions/{ReqNum}/enclosure endpoints

in HCM REST APIs

I was using /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingJobRequisitions/{ReqNum}/enclosure/ExternalRespHTML and getting 404 Not Found

When I opened an SR with Oracle, they say that all /enclosure are restricted internal-use-only endpoints.

So, how do I get these attributes now?
