Oracle OTL Timecards to Project Costing Import Process validation

Hi Team,

Can you please help or advise, In Oracle Fusion what Import Costs Schedule Process will validate for Timecard transactions?

If my Submisssion of Timecards for closed Period ,does the Import Cost process fails or pass ?

In Oracle Fusion,Expenditure item date is the timecard date from OTL, As business use case has a requirement that timecard would attempt to go into closed pa periods.

As per below example my understanding is Import Costs validates the Sep-26 and Oct-26 Period status and 29th and 30th Records will fail import process and Oct-26 is in Open Period so the records will pass. Please correct my thought process.
