Sync Blank Bargaining Unit from Position to Assignment Issue

Summary:

We are looking to implement the new 26C feature Synchronize Blank Position Values Using Synchronization from Position. We are running into an issue for the bargaining unit. It is not syncing from the position to the assignment to remove the value. In the Synchronize Person Assignments from Position log files, there is the following error:

The union, bargaining unit, and collective agreement won't be synced because the legal employer or legislation of the assignment and position don't match.

The other attributes that we have synced are working as expected.

Has anyone else encountered this error with the bargaining unit?
