Data load not pulling data via BIP

We are trying to pull data from a custom BIP report in the ERP instance. The user has access to the report and can manually run the report in the ERP instance and can see the data also but when trying to run the integration it's not bringing data - 0 records are coming even though same parameters are being passed.

when parameter is passed as below it's working:

Report parameter list: Jun-26,2826,

when parameters are passed as below, it's not working:

2026-08-21 16:11:39,571 INFO  [AIF]: Report parameter list: Jun-26,,
[HEADER_ROW] DATA_DS
Rows Loaded: 0
Rows Rejected: 0

Data is present in the fusion instance
