New Hire analysis for Learning Assignment Profile

Summary:

New Hire Learning Assignment Profile. I have a analysis report to capture new hires keyed in the past 7 days. The analysis report is fetching the new hire employees and no issues in that.

As soon a new hire is keyed, they are not automatically assigned a course even though below processes are scheduled in production in this same order using scheduler.

Process Learning Records

What works:

I manually refresh the user group using the reconcile option on the user groups page.

Then if the "Process Learning Records" is run or the Learning Assignment Profile is reconciled the new hire employees get the course assigned.
