How to Retrieve the Latest Modification Timestamp Across an Entire EDM Application or View

Summary:

We administer several applications in Oracle Enterprise Data Management, including FCC, Planning, and Universal applications. Each application contains multiple dimensions, with dimension members organized into hierarchies and exposed through different viewpoints.

We are aware that at member level, the ‘CoreStats.Last Modified Date’ property provides the timestamp of the most recent change to each individual member.

We are looking for a solution that determines the latest modification timestamp for the entire application or view, considering all members across all dimensions and viewpoints belonging to that application or view.

Our goal is to pass this timestamp to a downstream pipeline so that subsequent processes - such as viewpoint extracts or extract packages - are triggered only when relevant metadata changes have occurred.
