Issue Description:When attempting to import a workflow (exported from another environment as a .ZIP file via the Workflows tab's Import function), the import fails with:

"Workflow import failed: Fields '[topicCode]' are not allowed in filter for business object 'oraCommonFusionAIAgents.Topic'. At least one policy must exist for 'oraCommonFusionAIAgents.Topic' that grants access to all filter fields."

Steps Already Taken to Resolve:

  1. Added a Data Security Policy to the custom role used for this import, with:
