budget writeback integration from EPM to the ERP system was failing during the Fusion export step, blocking the Control Budget scenario from receiving data.

Unable to retrieve source budget name" — occurring specifically during the REST call to the ERP system's Budgetary Control integration endpoint.

Even with the correct Control Budget name confirmed as being sent exactly as configured on the ERP side, the same "Unable to retrieve source budget name" error persists. This rules out a naming/string-mismatch issue

Does this requires any special access to EPM user or any specific settings on ERP system?
