OTM planned shipment start time does not convert from America/Denver to America/Chicago

The shipment is planned from a location whose time zone is America/Chicago. Since Chicago is one hour ahead of Denver, we expect the planned shipment start time to display as 8:00 AM America/Chicago.

However, OTM creates/displays the shipment start time as 7:00 AM, rather than 8:00 AM.

  1. Is there an OTM property or configuration that converts the planned shipment start time based on the shipment source/first-stop location time zone?
  2. Which location time zone does OTM use for a planned shipment’s Start Time?
  3. Are there any required settings for Order Release time windows, location time zones, or user time-zone preferences to ensure that 7:00 AM Denver is displayed as 8:00 AM Chicago?
