Preferred 1st & last name. We also need legal first and last name if no preferred name

Summary:

We want to be able to have employees with a preferred name appear when as the display name when a search is done on them. If they have a preferred first name, when that employee is searched, the preferred first name and the legal name shows in the display. If they have only a preferred last name, the legal first name and preferred last name appear in the search.
