Did 26C change the default AI Agent Studio model to a Premium LLM?

Following the 26C update, we noticed that several AI Agents in AI Agent Studio are now showing:
Use default model (GPT-4.1 Mini (Premium))
We would like to understand:
- Was the default LLM configuration changed as part of the 26C update?
- Were existing agents automatically migrated to use a Premium model if they were configured with "Use default model"?
- Prior to 26C, what was the default model assigned to AI Agents using the "Use default model" option?
- Is there any Oracle documentation describing changes to default model assignments or licensing implications for existing AI Agents after the 26C upgrade?
