Cost scenario is completed sucessfully but Resource Rates are still in process

Summary:

The Cost Scenario has been completed successfully; however, the Resource Rates are still showing as In Process.

Could someone please advise why the Resource Rates are not completing and what steps can be taken to resolve this issue?
