When updating contract line level hard limits, the Billing/Header level hard limit does not update. Contract amended and approved, UPP complete. Per the user document "A default billing control was also automatically created at the contract header level, with a hard limit equal to the sum of the hard limits for the two contract lines." Does this not apply to Hard Limit updates?
