rsync - copying files from prod to uat

Hi Team,

We are choosing option 1 as suggested in https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/comment/1699182#Comment_1699182

Option 1: Full directory synchronization

Use this only if the entire directory is required and UAT has sufficient available capacity.

Set the values in the UAT session:

export LC_ALL=C.UTF-8
export LANG=C.UTF-8
PROD_HOST=172.*****
PROD_USER=oracle
SRC_DIR=/u01/interfaces/outbound/ap/BPS_DOC/
DST_DIR=/u01/interfaces/outbound/ap/BPS_DOC/
LOG_DIR=/home/oracle/bps-migration-state/bps/rsync
RUN_ID=$(date +%Y%m%d_%H%M%S)

Testing the connection:
Looks like, connection needs private key of source server. But without using opc,it was not working:
