Pegging Supply Chain Planning

I have a Sales order with a supply WO.

In unconstrained plan Sales Order balance with WO, but in constranined Plan Sales order doesn't balance with WO and WO is suggested cancel.

The plan doesn't suggested Supply for this Sales order…either Planned Order.

Could you tell me why?
