Analysis of DB-to-Disk File Discrepancy Prior to Object Storage Migration

Hi Masi,

We have refreshed the required data and files from PROD to TEST environment. We are currently migrating existing files from local storage to Object Storage. As part of this activity, we are migrating files that have corresponding entries in the database table and are present in the local storage path (/u01).

During our validation, we identified a small set of files that exist in the database table but are not present on the server path. Before proceeding with the migration to Object Storage, we would like to document and understand these discrepancies and discuss them with the relevant teams.
