Mentoring Plans Decommission – Seeking Guidance on Support, Alternatives, and Roadmap

Based on this post Mentoring Implementation Clarifications — Cloud Customer Connect, it has been confirmed that the Mentoring (Mentor-Mentee) functionality in Oracle HCM Cloud has been removed and is no longer supported. Following this, we have a few questions and would appreciate input from anyone who has navigated this:

  1. Existing Implementations — For customers who went live with Mentoring Plans before the feature was removed, how is Oracle handling ongoing support? Is there any grandfathering arrangement in place, or has access and support simply been cut off?
  2. Alternatives — We looked at the Career Ambassadors feature in Oracle Grow as a potential workaround, but it doesn't quite meet our needs — participation is fully voluntary with no approval workflow or governance around sign-up. Is Career Ambassadors the only native option currently available, or are there other features within Oracle HCM Cloud that others have used to support a structured mentoring program?
