OCI Generative AI - Guidance required

Hi Team,

We would like to perform a Proof of Concept (POC) using Oracle Select AI.

For testing purposes, it appears that we require access to an LLM (Large Language Model).

We are beginners in this area and would appreciate your guidance and support. Currently, we do not have expertise with OCI Generative AI services and are looking for direction on the prerequisites and setup required.

Specifically, could you please help us with the following:

  • Can OCI Generative AI services be used for a POC at no cost or through any trial/free-tier offering?
  • If yes, what are the steps to provision and configure the required AI models?
