Will the Redwood Mobile WMS be strict with Android 13 requirement?

Summary:

I understand that the recommended Android OS is 13 or newer. However, we still have a significant number of handheld devices running Android 9 and 11.

When the Progressive Web App (PWA) rollout starts in January 2027, will it be strictly limited to Android 13+ devices, or will we still be able to install the app on Android 9/11 devices, or will access be limited to using it through the browser without installing the app?

If browser access on Android 9/11 will still be possible, how long will this be supported, and will technical support for these devices and OS versions continue during that period?
