How to see message contents of Inbound FedEx Data in OTM

Hello Everyone,

We are facing an issue with a FedEx Express Carrier in the US where the shipment cost data coming from FedEx is inconsistent. For some shipments, the discounts and accessorials are coming as a part of the FedEx Cost into OTM whereas for some shipments, they are not. The expectation from business is that the discounts and additional costs should be applied consistently for all shipments where this FedEx Express US carrier is involved.

As far as configurations are concerned, we have configured the OTM Out of the Box FedEx rating engine setup (as per the official help guide) wherein we have created the FedEx External system with the OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials, Authorization Service URL and the URL for quotes have been setup as per the official guide.
