OAuth 2.0 Refresh-token based EPM Automate login fails

Summary:

In the last one week two epw files which were logging successfully started failing with EPMAT-9:Invalid credentials. Each file failed on a different day. The epw files are for two different applications. We haven't made any password changes or configuration changes in IDCS or any application in the last one week. This is causing the account to lock and fails other integration jobs/business rules that uses this account. We have never seen this issue before. Has anyone seen this issue before and how was it resolved?
