We are assessing the feasibility of replacing the delivered Participant Overview Dashboard on the Participant Snapshot page with a custom dashboard.

The current dashboard is an OOTB component and does not support the business-required modifications. As a result, we are evaluating whether a custom dashboard can be embedded, substituted, or exposed in place of the delivered Participant Overview Dashboard.

Questions:

  • Is replacing the Participant Overview Dashboard with a custom dashboard supported?
  • Are there any Redwood extensibility points, page composer options, Visual Builder customizations, or alternative supported approaches for achieving this?
  • What is the expected implementation complexity and level of effort?
