Unable to Download Output File for "User and Role Access Audit Report" Run on 13-Apr-2026

Hello Experts,

We are trying to retrieve the output file from the "User and Role Access Audit Report" scheduled process that was successfully run on 13-Apr-2026. We have the Job ID, however the process is no longer available in the Scheduled Processes work area.

Could you please advise:

  • Is it possible to retrieve or download the output file if the Job ID is available but the process is no longer visible in Scheduled Processes?
  • Are there any ESS tables, logs, or administrator tools that can be used to access historical output files for the User and Role Access Audit Report
