Additional Assignment Info - Cannot Hide specific info type using business rules

Summary:

Within the Additional Assignment Info Page (EFF) we have a number of custom info types that we have managed to hide from certain users based on business rules.

We have recently created a new info type named ‘Data Retention Exemption’

We are also trying to hide this from certain users using business rules but for some reason its not being picked up by the business rules.

When I compare the screen behaviour of this info type against another info type that CAN be hidden, it looks different, the custom Extension Rules are not displayed
