Restrict Submit Action for Managers on Old Time Cards

Hi,

We have a requirement to prevent Line Managers (MSS) from submitting employee time cards that are more than 45 days old in Redwood Time Cards.

We explored Visual Builder Studio but couldn't find an option to hide or disable the Submit action conditionally. We also confirmed that Autocomplete Rules aren't supported for Oracle Time and Labor time card transactions.

Has anyone implemented a similar requirement? Is there a delivered solution using Time Entry Rules, Fast Formula, security privileges, or any other supported approach?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
