Advance Access Request Notification Issue

Issue - The approver not receiving the notifications for access requests.

Hi Everyone,

After the user submits a role request, we run the Advanced Access Request Analysis job. Once this job completes successfully, we run the Access Request Notifications job.

The notification for the approver, “Access requests have been submitted for your analysis and approval,” is not being triggered.

However, we can see the notification being triggered for our setup user.

Please note we have provided the same roles to both the users
