How to fix score discrepancy in Interview Feedback Questionnaires?

Hi Team,

Scenario:

We have an Interview Feedback Questionnaire configured for two participant roles: Recruiter (10 scored points) and Hiring Manager (10 scored points).

To keep everything within a single questionnaire, we created a single section containing a controlling question at the top ("What is your role?" - Single Choice) with conditional branching:

  1. Selecting Recruiter displays the 10 points of Recruiter questions.
  2. Selecting Hiring Manager displays the 10 points of Hiring Manager questions.

The Issue / Discrepancy:

There is a calculation mismatch between Preview Mode and Live Job Requisition execution:

  • Questionnaire Preview Mode (Works as Expected):

When selecting Recruiter, only the Recruiter questions display. The percentage/total score engine dynamically adjusts the denominator to evaluate the score out of 10 points (ignoring hidden questions).
