Is there a Malaysia knowledge locale yet, and if not, is there a way to rename any existing locales?

Summary: For quite some time, we have been needing a preferred knowledge locale for Malaysia (Malay - Malaysia/Bahasa - Malaysia). So far there still has not been any updates to the locale list. Also, is there possibly a way to edit the existing values for knowledge locales? We do not use "English - Iceland" and never plan to use it, so being able to repurpose for Malaysia would definitely help. From "Manage Knowledge Locales" it looks like you can only enable/disable values. Let us know please. 😁
