Mass Update BPA Price Break line and add a new price break line

Summary: Unable to create a new price break line and also unable to update the DFF on an existing price break line

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I am referring to the documentation provided by oracle in the below link but unable to add a new line to the price break.

I am able to only update the price on the price break but unable to add a new line or update the DFF on the existing line, can some one please help if i am missing something.
