Data Exchange Location Lock Status

Summary:

Is there a way to tell if a Data Exchange location is locked or unlocked for a POV from within Data Exchange like there was in FMDEE/Data integration?

The open padlock icon appeared next the period field on the run time prompt parameters for an integration but failed to complete because the location was locked. Opening the same location in the legacy Data Integration interface showed by the closed padlock icon. After unlocking the location, it loaded as expected. Just wondering, is this a bug that the open padlock icon appears in the newer Data Exchange interface? Has anyone else experiences this?
