REST API for Oracle Fusion Workflow to assign the task to someone else

Issue Description:

I have a transaction currently pending in the Transaction Console. The approval workflow has reached a specific approver whose position is now vacant. As a result, the transaction is stuck at that approval stage and cannot proceed further.

Requirement:

I need to reassign the pending approval from the vacant position to the next available approver in the approval hierarchy so that the transaction can continue through the workflow using REST API.
