We have come across an issue in VBS when we have moved config from one pod to another. When a new custom talent rating section is created the Section Context is automatically created by the system.

This means when we have moved the config from one pod to another the ID doesn't match and the rule is not working.

Can we create these sections by HDL and 'force' in the section context?

I have tried using the EnhancedTalentProfile object but not having any success
