"Exception encountered while creating/updating dynamic tab" - Error in Forms/Reports/Dashboards

I’m not sure why this error — “Exception encountered while creating/updating dynamic tab” — keeps appearing in Forms/Reports/Dashboards.

After refreshing, it usually starts working again. I recently signed out and signed back in, so I don’t think this is related to a time‑out issue. Has anyone else faced this, and do you know what might be causing it?
