Restrict Certain Actions for Read Only User Role

We have created a Read only user role using only ACLs which mirrors our GTM Super User role but the issue we are facing is that we are unable to restrict Inline edits or Mass update actions on a workbench.

I would like to know if we can restrict the Inline edits and Mass update on a workbench using a ACL?
