Time Zone field in Activities Object is showing text field in Redwood UI

Description (Required):

Activity create/edit pages the Time Zone field appears as a fixed choice list backed by a List of Values, but when they configure the same field in Redwood UI it displays only as a simple text field rather than the expected choice list

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Create Activities with timezone field.

Expected Result: should be able able to select timezone

Issue: field showing as text field.
