Redwood PLM users not able to use SSO to approve workflow notifications

26C - SSO is enabled and user is trying to approve PLM Workflow notifications using SSO password. But the system is not accepting it. It is forcing to use Oracle password. Though for approving Reqs/POs - the system is accepting SSO password.
