Unable to pull Action Reason from Job Offers

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

Summary: After enabling Action Reason on Job Offers based on 26A feature, we are able to view Action Reason on offers. We need to access this Action Reason in Fast Formula in Participation and Rate Eligibility type but unable to do since this field is not available in Job Offer table. While working on this issue as part of SR, we looked at PER_WHEN_AND_WHY_PPROPOSED_REASON_ID DBI as recommended but the Participation and Rate Eligibility type doesn't support this DBI. We are unable to identify any solution and seeking an input.
