How to Identify Which Workflow Rule Was Executed in Oracle ARCS

I have a question regarding Oracle ARCS Workflow Rules.

We have Auto Submit and Auto Approve rules configured at the Global, Format, and Profile levels.

I would like to know if there is any way to identify which specific workflow rule was actually executed for a reconciliation.

For example:

Can this information be viewed from the Reconciliations page using filters?

Is there any standard report or audit report that shows the executed rule name?

Can this information be retrieved through a BI Publisher custom report ?

I understand that we can identify whether a reconciliation was Auto Submitted or Auto Approved, but I am specifically looking for a way to determine which workflow rule (Global, Format, or Profile) triggered the action.
