Why can’t we see the bulk candidate creation page after following the setup steps?

Hello,

We are trying to bulk candidare creation by uploading resumes. We followed the configuration steps in the Oracle Recruiting 26C documentation for bulk candidate creation by uploading resumes. Specifically, we:

  • Set the site-level value of ORA_IRC_BULK_CREATE_CANDIDATE_USING_RESUME to Y.
  • Enabled the profile options for the Recruiting Redwood pages.
  • Added these privileges: IRC_CREATE_OR_UPDATE_CANDIDATE for the custom role and ORA_HCM_IRC_RECRUITER_WF_AGENT_ACCESS for the Recruiter role.

However, we still cannot see the action for uploading resumes. Could you confirm whether there are any additional steps required? In particular, should we check specific privileges, AI agent access, or other configuration settings?
