SCRAP transaction approval based on Amount

Summary:

client is doing SCRAP (via Account alias issue/misc issue ). But SCRAP process requires approval based on Dollar amount.

So we can set up ERES for a misc trx but can we do that against a dollar mount. for example client is in std costing, so scrap if valuation is between 1000-2000 the person A needs to approve, 2000-3000 the A and B needs to approve etc . Can this be feasible?
